All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges will always be added upon the discounted price (if applicable), i.e, discount (if any) will be calculated first and then the shipping charges will be added.

Order above the check out value of Rs. 1000 will have no shipping fees/charges.

Delivery timings

​

Deliveries are made from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM on all days of the week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

​

As of now, in store pick up is not available. It will be informed once it is up and running.

​

International Shipping

​

We do not have international shipping available at present. Any future changes will be duly informed.

How do I check the status of my order?

​

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tailwagtales.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
